It is not an online store: we do not process payments, deposits, or bookings through this website. Every "Get a Quote", "Add to Cart" and "Order Now" button on this site opens a WhatsApp conversation with our team — none of them complete a purchase or a booking on their own.

Prices shown on this website (including any "From RM…" figures on product pages) are starting/indicative prices for demonstration purposes and are not final quotations. Actual pricing depends on your vehicle's size, condition, and the specific scope of work, and is only confirmed after an inspection or consultation with our team — the same disclaimer already shown directly on our product pages.
4. Our Services
Services are carried out in person, at our physical outlets, by our team. Appointment scheduling, exact coverage/scope, and final pricing for any service are agreed directly between you and our team — not automatically through this website.
5. Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, layout, and the Hydro Shield name and logo — belongs to Hydro Shield unless otherwise credited, and shouldn't be copied or reused without our permission. Product photography sourced from our real installation work (credited where shown) remains the property of its respective owner.
